Supporting a soon-to-be Local Butcher

More and more inventive solutions to the global food problem are cropping up-one of which being my pal Vadim's attempt to open a butcher shop for Somerville, Massachusetts residents that would source sustainably, ethically, and locally-raised meats. Vadim has been a butcher for a number of years, and is in an ideal position to open up his own business that will cater to customers interested in food with narratives, not food with nitrates!
